A hernia surgery should not have any influence on fertility.
Recurrence after hernia operation is one possibility. If a mesh is used it can sometimes continue to give some discomfort. Check with your Surgeon as it may need reexploring if it still continues to cause pain.
I have just had that same surgery and my surgeon reccomended 2 years mine was repaired with mesh so it would be rare to re-herniate
Yes ... although there occasionally are problems
It is possible, you should contact a doctor about this.

If a person has a bullet inside his abdominal area and wants it removed after his hernia operation, it is up to the doctor to decide if it can be safely removed after the operation.
Any hernia will hurt until repaired. If your hernia still hurt then there must be a reason. Your Local Doctor should be able to find that reason
It will depend upon the type of surgery. If it was a small hernia it should settle in about six weeks. A large hernia going down to the scrotum, may have large amount of haematoma and it may take up to 3 months. Swelling in the testis can be due to infection - Orchitis or compromised vascularity of the Testis and you need to have a scan to confirm / exclude this and you need to see your Doctor. In a large inguinoscrotal hernia part of the sac is left with the testis and if this is the case, the testis may always be slightly bigger than the other side.

Laser surgery is typically not done on children because their vision is usually still changing until they are in their 20's. Younger patients must show that their eyesight has not changed for four years.
