does the minor have a history of drug related arrests?
i don't think hospitals are required by law to report your intoxication to the police. something about patient/doctor confidentiality
the best idea is to ask an attorney, there are just too many details that could change the outcome.
Press charges against the person responsible and take it to court. You can also sue the hospital and/or the person who assaulted you.
