If the minor did not have the permission of the parental units, then yes, the family can report and have law enforcement execute the families wishes. However, not all states have the same regulations. The answer is yes. But there is an exception to every rule.
No, but parents do it anyway, as well as claim abduction.
There is no law that REQUIRES a parent to file a missing person report - especially if the parent knows where the 17 year old is. However, if the minor is not considered to be emancipated in your state, there is the possibility that you might be prosecuted for child neglect if you did not. It would be best if you file a missing person report with the police.
no one knows
The emotional state of anyone who is adopted varies from one person to the next - there is no set "norm". Factors involved include whether the child knows he or she is adopted, whether he or she knows and/or interacts with the birth parent, the maturity of the child, the "stability" of the adopted family's and birth family's homes... there are too many others to list.
If noone knows who it is it is probably not family!!
The title of a report depends on what is in the report. So until you have written your report who knows what to call it
Only GOD who knows.
nobody knows
nobody knows now bail.
You should never have a doubt in that. It is always good if we have a family lawyer. A family lawyer is someone who knows the family law. He often knows many ways to resolve the problems and conflicts. There has been situation where my family had to report to a court to deal a family related case. It was because of the family lawyer that we could save time and money. He is from the Monteith Baker Johnston and Doodnauth at Newmarket, Ontario. He never allowed us to say or do something stupid in the court. It was too good to have a lawyer like him accompanying all the way.
Well yes. You still ran away.
Twins "trade places" and confuse everyone who knows them.
