Only if they are already 18 years old.
To break up with the one you love just to go back with the mother of your child is not the solution. What you should be doing is staying with the person you love; meet with the mother of your child and tell her you will support your child and be part of that child's life and there is no reason why the mother of your child can't get out and work. To break up with the one you love and end up living with the mother of your child will only create heartbreak between the parents of that child and it will not be a good environment for that child.
Break up with him, because he is cheating on you.
He can request it but the mother should raise an aggressive objection. There is no reason for the child to be away from their mother and in the care of someone other than their other parent just so the father can establish 50% custody to minimize child support payments. The mother should consult with an attorney who specializes in custody issues. It will be a good investment in the future. He can request it but the mother should raise an aggressive objection. Just because the child is not living with the mother doesn't mean that the mother is not footing the child's expenses, she may be sending money to the grandmother (and if she's not she'll probably claim she is!).
U SHOULD TRY TO WORK IT OUT FOR THE CHILD ,BUT IF YOU CAN'T YOU SHOULD'NT EXSCLUDE EATHER PARENT A CHILD NEEDS BOTH A MOTHER ABD A FATHER THEY DON'T NEED TO WONDER WHO THERE MOTHER/FATHER WAS .SO DON'T LEAVE A MOTHER WITH A CHILD ALL ALONE. BE A MAN AND TAKE CARE OF THAT CHILD.IF YOU HELP MAKE YOU SHOULD HELP TAKE CARE OR IT AND BE IN IT'S LIFE. THAT'S PERIOD!!!!!
It depends, are you divorced from her. If you are, the answer is no if you are planning on staying there. However, if you are just visiting the state, then there should be no problem. If you and the mother have not ever been married, then there is nothing wrong with you taking the child.
When he was just a child but he did not start recording until the early 60's
I think you should just walk away. No fierce scoldings, no dirty looks, no accepting of apologies from their mother. Just go away and patch up your son/ daughter
YES ... but the child cant just pick up and move in with there Mother or the Mother just cant grab there child and take them home ... A judge has to give the order for the child to return to their Mothers care...
The mother should be responsible since she had custody. The child was under her roof and she should have to handle the situation. You just can't take the support and not be accountable for the child. If the father wants the child, the court should give him the right to have her at this time and the mother should pay him.
Child support has nothing to do with the child's name. Just because you pay support, the mother is not obligated to give the child your last name. Many people feel that the child will be more comfortable having the same last name as the custodial parent.
Yes any biological father Needs to pay child support especially if their absentee. They need to be accountable for the child because they had just as much to do with the pregnancy as the mother did so they should help take care of the child as well even if it's just financially.
