nothing i have been taking Adderall xr 30mg for almost 8 years and i smoke almost an ounce of pot a day and i am fine it has acually helped me with my ADHD and ADD but it will not harm only in my case at least help you
Well, a doctor would say you should be doing neither. Taking adderall if you don't have ADD isn't that dangerous as long as you don't have any serious side effects such as high blood pressure. And the whole smoking weed thing isn't that dangerous and is just about as bad as smoking a cigarette. So the biggest worry you have is overdosing on adderall or getting caught with it since its a felony to posses it without a script.
