the pH scale runs from 1-14. 1 to 6.9 is considered an acid with 1 being the strongest acid and 6.9 being an extremely almost neutal acid. 7 is neutral. 7.1 to 14 is a base with 14 being the strongest base and 7.1 being a really weak base. Water is supposed to be neutral thus giving it a pH of 7.

The easy answer is...No. Plain water, H2O, has a pH of 7, which is known as neutral on the pH scale. Acids have a pH lower than 7, whereas bases have a pH higher than 7. The pH scale technically only goes up to 14 and down to 0.

As per the defination of pH , relates only with H+ and OH- that mean only aqueous system can give this relationship. so i think solids don't have pH
