Four score and seven years ago' was a phrase coined by Abraham Lincoln. He used it in his Gettysburg Address, and it has since become a poignant piece of history.
I believe that is another way of saying 'transcript of a speech'. One of the most famous examples is President Abraham Lincoln's 'Gettysburg Address'.
A contemporary scholar's discussion of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address would not be considered a primary source, but a secondary source. It may still be a valid source of information, however.
Pericles' funeral oration and Demosthenes' Philippics are famous pieces of oratory. Lincoln's Gettysburg Address is another example of a famous speech.
