If he wasn't on-duty and didn't have sex by the threat of using his powers against the person, probably not. You could complain to his employer, but if you could not prove that he abused the powers of his office to get the sex there is very little recourse against him via his employment, providing he complies with all the eventual orders of paternity testing, and child support which will probably arise.

File a complaint with the agency whose officer(s) 'brutalized" you. If your complaint is legitimate they will investigate. If they are are not responsive, contact your local prosecutors office to look into it, or hire a private attorney to file suit for you. And if the above fails; what next?? Any avenue of recourse?
Because these are considered civil matters. The only time a Police Officer can become involved is if you suspect kidnapping or custodial interference. Otherwise, your recourse is to file a motion to hold the breaching party in contempt of the court order.
