If an ultrasound was performed and says the gestational sac is measuring 5 weeks and 2 days does that mean 5 weeks ago is the date we had sex and actually conceived Or does the sac start to grow B4?

That would date back to July 18, 2008 plus or minus. Remember, the ultrasound measurement is only an approximation NOT an exact science.
