Umm... what? Please, a little ENGLISH would be helpful. I don't speak alienated science.
For thin layer or paper chromatography, this can be a very important step, especially if one or more of the components in the mobile phase have very high vapor pressures (or low boiling points). Without the equilibration, as the mobile phase starts to move up the plate, the more volatile components will evaporate into the air space above the mobile phase faster than the less volatile ones. This is change the composition of the mobile phase (not much, but sometimes enough to change the Rf's of the unknown spots and standards). If the mobile phase consists of only water or perhaps high boiling solvents, the equilibration step is not as important. If the mobile phase contains Methylene chloride, Diethyl ether or similar solvents, then the equilibration step can be very important in terms of reproducibility.
It is an appropriate technique to use because it separates the pigments, so one can see which pigments are present, even if some pigments are normally hidden to the naked eye.

The primary goal of cholesterol treatment is to lower LDL to under 160 mg/dL in people without heart disease and who are at lower risk of developing it

A desirable cholesterol level is below 200 milligrams, if you are above 240 milligrams then you have a high level of cholesterol. It's important to keep your cholesterol at a healthy level, especially if you have other risk factors for developing heart disease. Paper is the (solid) stationary phase, 'sucking' up the liquid, mobile (= transporting) phase
Thin layer chromatography is not a method that can be used for very volatile substances. When a thin layer plate is removed from a developing tank, one needs to evaporate off the developing solvent, which is sometimes done by heating the plate or moving it thorugh a stream of air. Any volatile components on the plate would be removed at the same time. In order to separate and identify volatile compounds, you'd use hplc or gc (high performance liquid or gas chromatography.
Risk of developing coronary artery disease increases as blood cholesterol levels increase. When combined with other factors, the risk is even greater.
By now, you probably know that maintaining healthy cholesterol levels is very important. Yet, you may still be wondering, what is HDL cholesterol and why is it important? HDL cholesterol is known as the good cholesterol. HDL helps to cleanse the arteries of LDL, or bad, cholesterol. When your levels of good cholesterol are low, your arteries may begin to clog, which will increase your chances of developing heart disease and other health problems. This is why doctors, experts, and other medical professionals are constantly telling patients to exercise, consume a healthy diet, and maintain their cholesterol levels.
