start goin to bed early and wakin up early

one thing is to start to disconnect your self from tv computer anything with a digital screen at least 30 mins before you want to go to sleep. the screens have a pulsing effect on the eyes that make you not want to sleep. another thing is to keep entertainment (tv computer) out of the sleeping area if you can. this helps with getting you to sleep instead of your mind staying awake and not turning over (trust me this has helped me)
