No, the atmosphere is held in place by gravity, not centripetal force. If the earth stopped spinning, there would be no coriolis force though. This would stop deflecting the moving air in the atmosphere.
Meteorites originate as asteroids from space. They are loose rocks that have been formed in the pre-planetary era or have been chipped off of a larger body such as a planet or moon by impact. When they encounter Earth's atmosphere they become meteroids, when they light up due to friction they become meteors, when they impact Earth's surface, they are meteorites.

I am assuming that you meant 'If Earth's magnetic field collapsed for a few seconds' If that's the case then nothing much would happen here on Earth. But if it collapsed for a long time, the Earth would loose it's atmosphere and every living thing on Earth would die. If you are really asking what would happen if the Earth's gravitational field collapsed, then we would be floating around in the air and then come, hopefully, back gently on land again.
The main reason is that earth is made by atoms. Everything in earth are atoms. Solids have atoms close together, water have atoms that are loose and gas have atoms that are so loose that it just goes to places rapidly. Earth is a solid with water, which is a liquid, and air, which is a gas.
they loose electrons to the earth, like when you rub hair on a baloon making the clouds postively charged
Gravity hold the atmosphere to the Earth. But other factors do cause earth to loose some atmosphere to space continuously.
Earth's magnetic field is weaking such as it did on Mars, so are we also going to loose our own atmosphere as mars did?
The earths gravity. The more mass a body has, the more gravity, The Earth has enough mass to hold an atmosphere. The Moon, on the other hand, is not massive enough, and so does not have a high enough gravity, which prevents it from holding an atmosphere.
Gravity. When the earth started to coagulate from a loose pile of asteroids, it gained little rotation. But it gained most of its rotational energy when a planet the size of mars hit it (Also forming the moon.) Other planets gain their spins from billlions of years of spinning around the sun (in theory)
Loose earth is soil or dirt.
this happened on me, it turned out to be the earth strap from the engine to the chassis had gone rotten and broke loose, this stopped the engine from running but it would still turn over
If your PVC door handle is spinning, you will have to replace the handle. The bar inside is likely loose and just spinning since it is not getting a grip. There are easy to replace.
Gravity. The rotational or "centripedal" force that causes things to fly off of a merry-go-round or a top are more-than-counteracted by the attraction of gravity.
The atmosphere consists of about 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% of loose particles (dust).
Loose space rocks that have been produced through impact with planets or moons or are left-over from the pre-planetary solar system get caught in Earth's gravitational pull and are subsequently accreted. Rocks in space that have not yet entered Earth's atmosphere are called asteroids, when they enter Earth's atmosphere they are meteoroids, when they light up due to friction they are meteors, and when they impact Earth's surface, they are meteorites.
I am a geius and magnetism cannot be stopped.
The blade is probably loose or broken or the battery stopped working or the rotator stopped. It really depends on what kind you have.
