This is a very interesting question since those living on this planet will probably not see God face to face, and this is wonderful. In the Old Testemant, there were examples of people who met God face to face such as Abraham, Jacob, Moses and even Peter, James, and John on the Mount of Transfiguration. If you remember the story of Saul who was converted and became the Apostile Paul, he was blinded by the brilliant light when God appeared to him in Person. God has sent Angles to guard and protect us, plus we have His Word through The Bible, and you can even feel His prescence in your everyday life if you will accept Him as Your Savior. Just look around you. Look at all of the beauty in nature, and even in yourself. Your body is a Temple of the Holy Spirit. God is all around us and is certainly not hiding from us. May God Bless you. ...Or maybe 'He' isn't really real... I mean, how do you know all of this is really true?
'He' might have never shown 'Himself' to anyone and the random blind guy was just trying to get some attention... Although I'm not bad-mouthing 'God' or anyone who believes in 'Him', I'm just stating my own personal opinion, as all of you do I don't mean any offense and I am sorry if anyone took it the wrong way... :)

∙ 15y agoHe doesn't as He came to earth and lived among us and suffered and died a terrible death, even for those who hate Him. He indeed is not hidden from anyone who wishes to know Him but He never forces Himself on anyone since He wants people to make a decision themselves and not be coerced. This is why He gives us sufficient information to believe, unless we are willfully blind or thoroughly dishonest about our own need.
When the end of the ages comes, and God pours out the vials of His wrath there will be people hiding from Him, not the other way around. God is scared of nobody.
