Yes. If you haven't been getting your period that means that you have not been ovulation. Ovulation usually occurs about 2 weeks before your period is due to arrive, so if you ovulate and there happens to be sperm present, then yes, you could become pregnant.
However, if you wish to become pregnant you should go to your DR and find out why you haven't been menstrating so that they may correct the problem.
