9. Your bed room must be airy.
10.Take deep breaths at-least 20 times. It gives more oxygen to your brain, make your brain and body relax and streamline your thinking's.
What I do is relax my body from head to toe. Then I breath in and out deep breaths. I keep doing this till i am in La La Land.
