Not sure of your question....Here are the two possible answers from what I get from your question. 1. 6 ounces of A for one gallon of B....how many ounces of A are needed for 24 ounces of B. Answer is 1.125 ounces 2. 6 ounces of A for one gallon of B....24 ounces of A will be used for how many gallons of B. Answer is 4 gallons
3/4 of one ounce.
8 ounces; 1 cup; 236.6 cc
There are 128 ounces in a gallon. One percent of that is 1.28 ounces, or approximately one and one quarter ounces.
1 gallon = 128 fluid ounces 1/12th of a gallon = (128 / 12) = 10 and 2/3 ounces Add 10 and 2/3 ounces of the additive ingredient to 1 gallon of water.
6 ounces
0.1 gallon of bleach, or 12.8 ounces (just over 1.5 cups)
It is easy if you get everything into ounces. There are 128 ounces in one gallon. Times 6 gallons is 768 ounces. Now, divide that by 50, and you get 15.36 ounces. If this is for homework, that is the answer. For real life, add 16 ounces. to 6 gallons. A little too much oil is OK- but too little oil will ruin the engine.
1 US gallon = 128 fluid ounces. in a 100 to 1 ratio you would need to add 1.28 fluid ounces.
Ouch ! This will be a tough, complex process of calculation. 800 half-ounces = (800) times (1/2) = 400 ounces
Gallon and pint are units of volume. To convert to ounces (a unit of mass), you would also have to know the density of the substance you are measuring.Ounces in volume:Since there are 128 fluid ounces in a gallon and 16 ounces in a pint, you would add 128 plus 16, which is 144 fluid ounces.
exactly 12.8 oz. A gallon has 128 ounces.
alot
Did you mean 1 and 1/4 gallons? Or did you mean 1 gallon + 4 gallons? I'll answer both ways: A gallon has 128 fluid ounces. So if the question is 1 and 1/4 gallons, you divide the 128 ounces by 4, which is 32 ounces. You then add 32 + 128, which = 160 fluid ounces. If your question is how many fluid ounces in 1 gallon + 4 gallons, you simply multiply 5 x 128, which = 640 fluid ounces.
