If my 1987 Chrysler fifth avenue is leaking transmission fluid what do you think the problem may be?

Bad transmission seals if you replace rear seal you might as well drop tranny and replace front seal also. I have the same problem. My car has 211,000 miles on it but learning how to fix it myself will be well worth it, I just love my Klunker.
