Who ever wrote this as an answer is an idiot no you are not pregnat.
Dreams experienced by aunts and mothers-in-law aren't high up in the accuracy statistics when it comes to pregnancy tests. Carry on with your own life as normal and refer any health questions to your doctor or health clinic, who don't rely on dreams to make a diagnosis.
