In my experience, the Court HAS allowed persons to terminate their probation after proving they have been accepted into the military.
Anything that could be an answer to this question would be nothing but a pure guess. NO ONE knows, or can tell, what is in the mind of a judge at them moment of sentencing.

You will be charged with the new marijuana PWI offense and face court action for that charge. As far as the probation goes - the sentencing judge who gave you probation in the first place will have the final word on what they will do with you. They may send you inside to serve the entire remainder of your original sentence, or only part of it. It is totally the judge's call.
if on probation and sold 11.2 grams how much time can you get
Owning a paintball gun is not usually a violation of federal probabtion, unless due to the original offense the terms and conditions of probation exclude it-by this I could mean someone committed a robbery with a paintball gun. However, this does not mean having a paintball gun cannot be construed as intent to commit a crime ie. if you threaten someone with a weapon. Again it comes down to intent-you can have a knife in your hand eating your dinner but use that same knife to threaten someone is entirely different.
Not knowing what was asked by the probation officer, or his intent, one can only guess at what he was seeking. Best guess is he was trying to determine if there would be any previously convicted persons living in the home with the probee. Being granted conditional release, probationers may not have contact with the previously convicted.
Drug possession even underage, is a severe crime. The penalties can vary based on drug, amount and intent to sell. The penalty can be probation, fines, community service and jail time.
Probably not, but I suggest you have him contact the recruiter. Tell him to be honest and open.
One of the easiest and most common causes for dismissal of a manager is the misuse of funds, and in particular how travel expenses are handled. While there is typically no ill intent, a high number of travel expense reports contain mistakes. It is these mistakes that can be used by the company - if they want to - to fire the manager.
Intent in choreography refers to the intent of the choreographer and what he or she wants the dance to convey.
You would need to contact your nearest Army recruiter for clarification on this matter. Foreign nationals serving in the US Armed Forces are required to have obtained a status of permanent US residence, and have declared an intent to obtain citizenship. You may be required to change your status before enlisting.
