If on probation when standing in front of a judge with the intent of enlisting in the army would the judge most likely allow an early dismissal of probation to join the army?

In my experience, the Court HAS allowed persons to terminate their probation after proving they have been accepted into the military.
Anything that could be an answer to this question would be nothing but a pure guess. NO ONE knows, or can tell, what is in the mind of a judge at them moment of sentencing.
