In the UK a person who has had a stroke is legally forbidden to drive for a set period after the stroke (usually one month) and after that is only allowed to resume driving if their doctor declares them fit to drive.
honestly, if they are even part blind they shouldn't drive.
I would hope this person would not want to put other drivers and children at risk by attempting to operate a motor vehicle. Hard enough to drive with good eyesight, let alone driving partially blind.
You can walk to it, or drive , and you can skip or hop. But if you are blind have someone go with you so you cant get lost. NO AFENCE TO BLIND PEOPLE......... THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME
no because they can seriously injure people. it's the same as blind people skiing, they shouldn't do this either because they can injure or kill people (such as little kids)
you should have someone drive you home and take at least one or two days off to recover
YES!
It is legal so long as the person can pass their driving test. I have several color blind friends who drive.
You should not drive after any surgery where you have gone "under" .
blind people cant drive and ride a bike
If you are behind a truck and you CAN NOT see his mirrors then you're in his blind spot and he can't see you.
to drive a two wheelers You should first know how to drive a cycle? after that without asking from someone drive it secrectly on road when no one is at home................
In the UK you can.
blind people cant drive non at
by not careing about damaging the hard drive and doing stupid things
