You can file a motion to re-open your case, but if you had advice of counsel and CHOSE to plead to the charge you would have to come up with some very convincing reason(s) why your case should be re-considered. Remember you no longer have the presumption of innocence, and the burden of proving your innocence now falls directly on you.
