They don't need water
The easiest way for space aliens to get water would be for them to mine it from an ice asteroid or moon. The "iceteroids" would not require hauling ice into space-- it is already floating around in space! See the link below to read about a story explaining this sort of thing.
Aliens did it. I know they build pyramids by aliens. Recent study shows that NASA almost got proof that they might find extra terrestrial lives in other solar system near by us. They know that there must be aliens in the space somewhere. There are plenty of water and any other chemicals to build up organic substance easily by hitting the lightening electricity in the space, Mars and others. There are lots of planets like earth in the space. Aliens put many things to planets, just like the face stone on Mars.
Desalinization plants to use high-energy electricity to break up ocean water into various components- Hydrogen and Oxygen ( for fuel and life-support) and various saline compounds. such devices exist, and are quite involved. ( Ion-exchange water-makers, the Navy calls them,.
Aliens are not real, there for this is un-answerable.
NO
you put them in warm water :)
you put them in warm water
The space probe found ice caps that prove that running water at one time flowed on Mars. Investigations continue to find any form of life that could have inhabited these waters.
There is no place *believed* to contain alien life, but the Universe is big, so there are many places it *might* be. Sometimes the moon, but it has been said that there might be some life on Mars because they have found a patch of ice, which might mean water. So if there is water, then there might some extraterrestrial life on Mars, or the aliens might have cryogenated (frozen) inside the ice.
You can guess that man might explore Mars in space next or might even try to travel further than the red planet. Man might try to colonize the moon or mine for water on Mars.
