No, if the cloud is lower it is most likely to contain more water vapor. Hint: look at rain clouds they are usually closer to the surface of the earth.
i think that clouds hold their water by saturation. so when the water gets more heavy then the cloud the water turns into droplets(rain). i know that this is not the best answer but at least i tried.
they can both hold water..............
Warm air. It's denser and can therefore hold more than cool air.
it rains .
Precipitation or rain
It may become a cumulunimbus cloud and rain as long as it can hold it.
because they have higher viscosity
In order for soil to increase its ability to hold water it must have a higher amount of clay present in it. The more clay present in the soil, the more water it will hold. The opposite to this is how sandy or grainy the soil is, if it is too sandy then it will not hold water very well.
Because the cold air around you cannot hold as much water as warm air in your breath, the moisture in your breath condenses when it hits the cold air and forms into a little cloud.
At higher altitudes it is colder. The cooler air can't hold the water in gas form so it condenses out as clouds.
a cloud
One inch of rain over one square mile equals 17.4 million gallons of water weighing 143 million pounds (about 72,000 tons), or the weight of a train with 40 boxcars.
