This would be harmful. The colon is not only responsible for clearing the body of waste products (which also become toxic after some time), it can also extract the last traces of nutrition from the food we have eaten. So if we are without a colon, we would not be able to digest food on our own and we would not receive as much nutrition. Patients with these characteristics need medical assistance for digestion.

Many people have no colon, mainly due to colon cancer, but do well. It is true that it not the best result, but that person can live a along time without the colon.

The food after digestion is in a liquid form and once it enters the colon the colon tends to absorb all the water to give some consistency to the stools. So the main function of colon is absorption of water

How can you enter the correct range in a function by typing the beginning and ending cell references separated by?

To enter the correct range in a function by typing the beginning and ending cell references separated by a colon (:). For example, if you wanted to sum cells A1 through A10, you would write it as =SUM(A1:A10). This tells the function to include all the cells between A1 and A10 in the calculation.

Which logical function returns a true result only when all its arguments are true?

The function of the large intestine is to absorb?

The function of the large intestine is to allow for small amount of absorption but mostly for removal of wastes from the body after absorption and digestion in the small intestine. Each section of the large intestine - cecum, ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, sigmoid colon, rectum and anal canal all have specific purposes.

What is the big intestines job in the digestive system?

The Large Intestine (or Colon) is the preffered name of the "big intestine" and is ironically shorter than the small intestine (large=2.5m small=7m after death but a little shorter in life). The colon can be looked at in 4 sections the Ascending Colon, Transverse Colon, Descending Colon, and Sigmoid Colon. All these parts have roughly the same function, they absorb water from the waste material as well as hold the fecease until it ready to be released (to an extent). Along the full length of the colon are three muscles called the Teniae Coli which are shorter than the colon itself casuing ot to bunch up and exagerating the bulged effect often seen (the individual bulges are called Haustra). Basically the "big" intestine is more commonly reffered to as the Colon and its function is to absorb water (not nutrients) from the waste.

Do the Excel AND function and OR function show same results?

They both can only give the result TRUE or FALSE. However, given the same values, they will not always give the same result. All conditions in an AND function must be fulfilled to give a TRUE result whereas only one needs to be fulfilled in an OR function.

What set of all values that a function can take as is called domain of the function?

Actually, the set of all values that a function can take is referred to as the "range" of the function, not the domain. The domain of a function is the set of all possible input values (or independent variables) for which the function is defined. In contrast, the range consists of all output values that result from applying the function to its domain.

What is the set of all values that a function can take as inputs of the function?

That would be the domain.

What are some good all natural colon cleansers ?

For the purpose of flushing the colon, apples, coffee and foods with quantities of fiber work well for promoting bowel movements. As for induced colon cleansing, an enema of saline or simply warm water would also work well.
