High.
Condom is not a cell, it is a plastic based material. Condoms are produced in such a way that your semen will not going to contact the female body fluid. So there is no need to worry. But at the same time, it should not be low quality one, that can rip off, or cut which can allow the contact of HIV if he or she is a infected individual.
No. What does 'shaking his penis' mean? Do you mean masturbation or jerking off? There is nothing wrong with that as long as you keep yourself clean (clean hands and clean objects). You can only get aids if you have sex without a condom with an HIV/AIDS patient or if you get in contact with blood of an HIV/AIDS patient (mosquitos cannot transmit HIV/AIDS).
yes
A HIV negative person can not be a carrier of HIV.
There is no 100 percent sure way of preventing the transmission of HIV if you are having sex with an infected partner. Some argue that the virus in small enough to penetrate the condom. Still, condoms do break once in awhile, slip off, etc. Thus, there is always that possibility of contracting the virus.
From the research that has been done, Viral Load has a direct correlation to risk of transmission. Since true Elite Controllers do not have any detectable viral load, they are not at risk of transmission. Additionally, since Elite Controllers are able to naturally kill the HIV Virus, if they are re-exposed, their natural immune system is able to fight off the virus. Whereas, if an HIV Negative person, who is not an Elite Controller, is exposed post HIV-Testing, that person would have a very high viral load, most likely not know it, and would be very contagious. Hence, the irony is that an HIV+ Elite Controller (HIV+ for antibodies) is probably one of the safest persons to have sex with vs. an HIV- person, who may actually be HIV+ and not know it AND be very contagious.
HIV on a pin since yesterday has died off. You are unlikely to get HIV from this exposure.
You don't. You have to take it off

Yes you can.
You can't get HIV from drinking beer mixed with infected HIV blood. Consider whether your drinking preferences may be off-balance.
