It has nothing to do with the size of your partner's vagina. --you are not putting the condom on properly. If the condom is the right size, the outer rim (ring) will remain at the base of the penis and outside the vagina during penetration. The outer rim should never enter your partner's vagina--this is when slippage can occur. --the condoms you are using are either too big (more likely) or too small for you--both of which can cause slippage. Putting on a condom should feel like putting on a sock--some resistance, but not cutting off your circulation or loose. If the condom is too tight, you will not be able to properly unroll it down to the base of the penis and it will be more likely to slip off inside your partner. The condom should roll down properly and fit snugly on your penis. The condom should never feel loose or slide at any time.
