If the persecution of the Jews and others didn't start at the concentration camps how did it start?

The persecution (systematic harassment by the government) of the Jews in Nazi Germany very soon after the Nazis came to power in 1933. Please see the related question for details.
Moreover, if Jews were beaten up by Nazi stormtroopers the police did nothing to protect them.

Like with others who helped jews, Rossini didnt liked hitlers ways and how he was treating certain people,so he retalitated and tried to free jews

Nazis didnt try to help the Jews why?
The Nazis for some reason thought of themselves as a super race thinking all others inferier especialy the Jews they would put them in death camps and kill them by the thousands.
What do they have to do to the camp?
in concentration camps Jewish people had to work all day and night and try to survive in the cold because they didnt have jackets or warm clothes they had thin shirts and pants, their heads were shaven clean, families were separated from each other and you couldn't get word from themmany people were shot to death others were thrown in gas chambers and poisoned until they died. they all die in hopes of freedom again.
