If they cut your water off on a Thursday and you pay first thing Friday and they cut it back on Monday could they reimburse you the money for having to go with out water for a whole weekend?

When the water company cuts off your water and Thursday and you pay the bill on Friday, it may not be turned back on until Monday. The water company does not have to reimburse you in a monetary form because you went without water for a whole weekend.
And water is paid for by usage, so with no usage, there is nothing to reimburse you for.
