If you are late for your period by even one day (and are sexually active) then yes it is possible that you are pregnant. Some women will experience every symptom under the moon while some lucky women will not experience any. My advice is to go see your ob-gyn so that if you are pregnant, you can get all checked out and finally know for certain! Good luck to you!
