No, as the carseats name suggests, they are only for cars. Infants don't need to be in a carseat on a plane for many reasons, such as the fact that planes are much larger and safer.
It is not age, it is the child's weight that matters. In some states even lightweight teens must use a carseat, by law. Many states have adopted 40 pounds as the limit . . . others are higher.
If your child has figured out how to get out of his carseat, I would think about purchasing a new (and trickier) one.

It depends on your age. If youre below 9 you wont get your period, but if youre above 8 then its possible to get a period.
