It depends on the break up; usually only one of you is actually mad (the one who got hurt) sometimes both individuals are hurt, but let's face it the breakup tends to be all about one person wanting to find or has found a new interest. This new interest doesn't have to be another person it can be a new outlook on life in general · Religious · Educational · Social standing You have to keep in mind that we as people are stimulus based life form meaning we need to be stimulated by the ones we allow or decided to be a part of our social network. When the stimulation begins to fade we wonder or look for new stimulation, of course I'm speaking in general, and there are a lot of other unsaid variables that I don't have the time to discuss right now. It's not the breakup that keeps you mad it's the thought that you where inadequate or that your stimulation affects didn't last as long as theirs over you. We become physically and emotionally addicted to each other and the world around us what we are really mad at is not just that person But the thunder storm we all feel inside (I have more I would like to add I will edit this later)
