Second, yes, but it is not recommended. Chances are you are the 12 year - old, and a man is the 24 year - old. I don't recommend it because he could get you pregnant and trust me, he will leave you if he does. That is illegal, because he would be having sexual contact with a minor. So it's best not to, even though there is no law against it.
Third, he is not a boy, he is a man. You are an adult (in the U.S.) by age 18. In other countries the age is different.
