In TN, if you're under 16 you can only get married if you have a waiver from the Juvenile Court.

Also, the age of sexual consent in TN is 18. Even if your parents choose not to press charges, the state can. Some states do (CA is a big one) and others don't. I have no idea what the norm is for TN.
