Hi, I don't know if you still waiting for this answer but if you think you're pregnant you should tell somebody. You should talk to a counselor at school or directly with your parents, you may be surprise of their answers. A lot of times our own parents give us the opportunity to open up yourself with them not because they want to control your life, it is because they are more than capable to help you with situation like this. You're not the first or last person who will be pregnant at the age of 15. But if you're I'm sure that you will talk this over with someone responsible and you will make a responsible decision. Life doesn't end here, think what if you're mother had the same perspective of life as you right at this moment (you wouldn't be here) If you are pregnant continue with your life and give the baby in adoption, let him or her decide for their own life. If God let this happen it's because He has a plan on that child. Don't ruin it.
