Could you be pregnant maybe? Perhaps that is where you carry your weight the most. I have gained 10-15 pounds in the last 2 years and I can really only tell in my stomach and breasts. It sucks because my stomach sticks out so much, but that is just how my body handles the weight. well... some guys (like me) like that in a woman... but you could try losing a little weight perhaps?

Depends on the design of the bridge, and how the sticks are joined. In theory I could build a bridge of popsicle sticks that would support several tons of weight- but it would take a LOT of popsicle sticks.
