Well depending on how you look- your own eyes will be able to determine if it's a healthy weight. I good way of determining if you are at a healthy weight is use body fat calipers, and if your 33% body fat they your overweight. ok first at 11 you shouldnt be worrying about weight if you are a girl you usually hit puberty at 11 and lose your baby fat at about 13 but boys tend to develop later at 13 when i was 11 i weighed 5 and 1/2 stone and i am a girl i was under weight girl: 6-8 stone boy: 6-9 stone just remember to exersize and eat HEALTHY!
