If you are only 16 (and I am assuming female) then you have at least 4 more years in which you may grow. Staying healthy with exercise and food will mean that your body will grow to its maximum and not be stunted in any way, but truthfully it is your genes that make you tall (or not).

HI THERE
i can easily do a one handed pull up. i do them daily. usually using only my pinky finger. sometimes i cba to do that and i use my toes, though this is not the easiest method - only for trained professionals like me. you can try it with your teeth but last time i did that, one fell out. now people call me buck tooth.
i guess this would be good advice if i actually knew for certain whether i was a woman or not.... cant be sure though. i do have all the vital parts.. just not sure about internally.
goodluck with your pull ups, hope your teeth stay in. my dentist saved me though so keep working hard. its worth the pain.

i would just like to offer you some advice... instead of using fingers, teeth etc maybe try wrapping your fanny flaps around the bar and then using a suitable lubricant/ glue squeeze as hard as you can.
