This is just the normal variation in development. It isn't a question of male or female hormones. All people have circulating estrogen and unless you have ovaries and are not aware of it, all this is normal, but your nipples are there and are going to stay there. See a doctor and ask all the questions you like, but you are going to have to get used to the situation. In a couple of years your peers will appear the same.
