Around 110 - 128 lbs is considered healthiest for most builds. If you have a naturally compact build then 110 - 122 lbs for a height of 158 - 163 cm is healthiest and most attractive, but if you have broader shoulders and a generally large build a weight of 120 lbs - 135 lbs is healthy and attractive.
