Have a girl in the office help you out as a spy. If he likes you, he's probably going to be staring at you when you're off guard. Also, if this is true, he will be unconfotable around you. And politely avoid you, as if you could see right through him. My suggestion is to make it easier for him without putting your head under the axe. Take a magazine or brochure over to him and ask him something like. Hey I have to get something for my nephews for X mas. What would you get? Just any light conversation to test the water.

If he talks to you more then anyone else or finds a reason to talk to you he probably likes you. If he goes out of his way to help you that is another good sign. Also if he does flirty things like telling you dirty jokes or if you catch him looking at you then he most likely likes you.
