They can but they cant force you to get rid of it. But ask a laywer, they shouldn't charge you for legal advice.
yes other wise the child would may not tell the truth because the parent could make the child feel like its wrong to tell the truth or some stuff like that ya dig?! I will add that it is standard procedure.
Not specifically familiar with TN law, but I can tell you that any other place I'm aware of, the parents or guardians of the drinking minor could be charged with either "Child Neglect" or "Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor."
There is no such status as medically emancipated. A minor female bearing a child has no bearing on her underage status. A minor becomes emancipated by: Being granted emancipation rights through the court of jurisdiction and marriage. It means you are the only one deciding regarding your health when you are pregnant. No one can tell you what to do regarding the pregnancy or the child when he/she is born. You are the only one who decides.
tell the person who you are having a baby with and then give up your rights.
laying down because she had a headache
You can not leave without parental permission because you are not emancipated. When a minor have a baby she only have emancipation regarding making medical decisions regarding her and the child. Regarding everything else she is still a minor and have to do what her parents tell her to do.
No not until she is emancipated. There seems to be a misconception that getting pregnant or having a baby changes what rights you have as a minor regarding moving out etc. It does not. You are still a minor and have to follow what your parents tell you, you just have the right to decide over your baby. And even though you already have had sex, until you reach the age of consent in your state you are not allowed to have sex again. Child or no child.
You can tell the parents how beautiful their new born child is and how the child resembles the parents. Additionally, many people buy baby gifts and baby clothes to celebrate the birth of the new born.
Welcome the father's involvement. Tell him it's unrealistic not to tell his parents; the baby has a right to know his or her grandparents, after all.
Tell him... Talk with him & if he say he ready then u have a baby. And talk with your parents too....
they are considered a minor UNLESS they are emancipated by the courts.
If an intoxicated minor is taken to a hospital in New York, they can pay for the bill themselves. They will still likely tell the child's parents, because they are a minor.
no
Yes, the baby's DNA contains cromosones from both parents, there are 24 pairs in total, one from each parent in each pair. They take DNA from both parents, and the child and compare the parents with the child's.
You dont tell your child, you leave your male partner.
Most parents don't tell anyone what they will name there child until he or she is born. Sorry :(
Well, because your a minor, then yes, your doc has every right to tell your parents If its a major thing, yeah, he will tell them, But if he's super nice, and its nothing big, he may not tell them But he still has a right... and your parents could sue him if he doesnt tell them, and... He could get fired... So yeah, he can still tell your parents
