Absolutely; even the unemployed can file income tax returns. Employment is not the only source of income - you could have investment income, interest payments on bank accounts, social assistance payments, pensions, etc. And even if you have no income at all, you can still file an income tax return. Sometimes it makes sense to do so - for example, there may be a renters' credit for which you are eligible, that will actually be paid to you, despite the fact that no income was withheld.
An annuity check would be a part of your unearned income amount on your federal 1040 income tax return.

There is no law that requires you to notify your employer that you have filed bankruptcy. It is a public record, though, so it will show up on a background check.
What do you mean by "safe"? The rental agreement or lease will not be affected by the Chapter 13, but you as a prospective landlord should make sure the rent amount is in the plan or is supported by the debtor's current income, which would have to be more than the original income. Many Chapter 13s crash in the first year, or before they are completed, and are converted to Chapter 7s. Check with the trustee or check the docket in the bankruptcy court to see if there have been problems.
No. As part of the Bradley Amendment (1986), child support payments won't be ended or reduced for any discretionary reason, including bankruptcy.
You can discharge income tax debt in bankruptcy only under certain circumstances. The rules are discussed in IRS Publication # 908. I have added a link to the one from 2009, but check with your tax adviser for any updates.
Sure. It is currently an asset...you just don't have the cash yet. Added: Check into this with the bankruptcy judge or ask the Clerk of The Court's office. If you reaffirmed your car loan during your bankruptcy, you agreed to continue making the payments. If you included your car in the bankruptcy, then the loan was wiped clean, as it appears to have been according to your credit report. Your car should have been repossessed, but apparently wasn't. You should check with the lawyer who handled your bankruptcy, but my guess is that your car slipped through the cracks.
The creditworthiness of a person is determined by various factors such as the current amount of debt, the history of default (failure to make payments on a debt) and their steady income. In many countries there are also automated systems in place to check for these criteria, like the FICO Score in the USA.
You will make up the payments in the refinancing deal--check with your current mortgage company. Hopefully, you have some equity that will cover this and the cost of refinancing.
