No. Sharp pains are never a good thing.
If you become pregnant you might experience some cramps due to implantation when the embryo attaches itself to your uterus but those are very mild cramps. Sometimes women can have ectopic pregnancy which is when the embryo stays in your tube and tries to grow there which results in miscarriage or having to be removed and women usually have sharp pains in the lower left or right side.
