Ummm ya it is! Wasn't 7th grade harder than 6th grade? I think that every time that you move up a grade everything gets harder.
Yes your parents have the ultimate decision whether you pass grade 4 and move into grade 5.
"After many years of study he graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Administration." or, with a synonym: "He was master of his domain."-taken from the Seinfeld TV show.

Because school is not a series of unrelated courses. Each grade builds on the last. If you didn't learn second grade math, the odds that you will do acceptably in third grade math are minimal. You need to repeat the lower grade and learn that before you can move on and hope to succeed.
NO you do not have to pass the 7th grade task. but you need to pass all of your classes in order to move on. at the end of the year your grades will be averaged and if you fail TWO you will go to summer school and retake the task and if you fail it that time you will repeat the 7th grade.

If you woke up late it may mean that you are not in your best psychological status on that day. It'll be better if you move your test passing for another time.
If you got a passing grade it is not recommended because it will look bad for college application. However you should ask your teacher for extra help so that you feel ready to move on further in the curriculum. If you did not receive a passing grade than it is mandatory that you retake the class, or else you will receive no class credit plus you will not be able to move on to higher math classes.
Yeah... don't make a move in 5th grade. Sorry kiddo that's way to young
