cranberries don't do anything, that is just a stupid stoner myth created by people who have no understanding of how the body works. THC is stored in your fat cells and eating or drinking things will not flush it out, only time will. You might test negative after two weeks but it depends on if you smoke all the time or not.

Exercise and sweating will help break down fat cells, thus breaking down the THC as well.
