yes, even if they grew up together they will attack each other.
yes, i have to bucks(males) living together and one of them is the other ones son nd the fight over the fixed doe(female)
Yes, bigger rabbits sometimes attack smaller rabbits, but not always.Rabbits attack other rabbits because they're being aggressive. Rabbits are sometimes aggressive due to fear/anger, or due to sexual hormones. When rabbits are fighting, you should:Prevent them from hurting each other; separate them immediatelyTreat any wounds immediately (first aid and vet care)Socialize the aggressive rabbit(s) and create a habitat that helps them feel safe and secure: they'll become happier and less aggressiveTake care when re-introducing the rabbits
Most Jack Russels have a high prey drive and will go after rabbits and other small animals if given the opportunity.
You can! You just have to introduce them to each other slowly, and in neutral territory. I have a Netherland Dwarf and 2 Holland Lops. Instead of caging them together, I put them out in my living room and watched them. They sniff at each other a lot, but they get along better than ever. Mine are also young. Older rabbits take longer to get used to new rabbits. So make sure you watch them. Have something for them both to hide in around in case they get scared and feel threatened by the other.
All rabbits need to live with its parents for at least 8 weeks. All rabbits need to leave the nest when they are 6 months old. That is when they are more territorial and will attack other rabbits.
rabbits fight using their but cheek because it is stronger than the other parts of the animals body
boy rabbits sould not live together but if you introduce them when at least one of them are under 4 to5 months it is easyer to get them used to each other
Not that i know of. we had several baby rabbits after saving the mother cottontail from our dog and when they roamed around with other older rabbits, they didnt harm the babies at all.
Two is the best to keep but they have to be the same gender. It is best to keep two rabbits so they can clean each other and they can play with each other and so they can stay together when there is danger. It is best to have two rabbits from the same family.
You should never have 2 male rabbits (Bucks) together. They'll fight and they might kill each other.
The male rabbits will probably fight and possibly kill each other. They quite possibly will neuter each other. No rabbits should be caged together. Rabbits are very territorial and need their own space. The female WILL also get tired of being bugged by males and can turn on them and fight the male also sometimes castrating (or neutering) the males which is why you should watch your rabbits when you are attempting to breed them.
NO they will attack each other
