For extradition tends to be requested in regard to the serious, felony charges. So if you commit a crime in Oregon, and then go to Idaho, you can be extradited from the latter to face the charges and trial in the former state. The only way that neither Oregon and Idaho nor the other 48 states would sort out your extradition would be if Another Country became involved. For if you're from a country other than the U.S., then your situation automatically gets handled by the federal government.
