Just go to DSi Shop and then DSi Ware and tap 'Free'. Then go to Flipnote Studio and download it! (It's free.) But you have to have Wi-Fi Connection to go on DSi Shop.

If you mean reccommend as in the box at the bottom with a flipnote saying "recommended" then no you cant. They are random flipnotes that hatena randomly recommends FOR you. So it is impossible to reccommend them on Flipnote Hatena.
First, go to Flipnote Hatena on the computer. Then go to your account. Click on the pencil that is by a white square on the top left screen. Then you will be at a menu where you can change the picture from the flipnotes you have posted.
Sorry you can't do that.
Flipnote Studio has a website counterpart called Flipnote Hatena, which allows you to view animations that have been uploaded by other users. You cannot create new flipnotes on Flipnote Hatena however.

You have to view your flipnote on the hatena website then click on edit title and description and there you go!
To insert a title/description to one of your Flipnotes, visit flipnote.hatena.com, login, go to your Creator's Room, click on your Flipnote, and click on the blue pencil underneath the Flipnote.
