Yes, if you are feeling pregnant do another test. Although modern tests can pick up very low amounts of hormone, some pregnancies just don't produce very much early on. I didn't have a positive test until 2 weeks after my missed period with my first, about the time the symptoms appeared. With my second it was positive on the day I missed my period.
