You can only get Rotoms other forms on Pokemon platinum by getting the secret key over via wireless in summer 2009.Go then to the eterna galactic base and press A on a certain wall area to unlock a speical room were all rotoms forms are. In the card game i dont know but i do have 2 frost rotoms :)!!!

no it's not true. all you need is cut and some ultra balls. go to eterna forest and there should be a secret spot where you could use cut to go in. after, there will be a couple rotoms. I'm pretty sure mostly rotoms
